Shipping policy
All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days and shipped thereafter. Please allow 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order confirmation email will include tracking details that will allow you to track your order via USPS or SHOP by Shopify.com.
Due to current circumstances regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a known issue with delays via the mailing service. Please see our Refund Policy in case you do not receive your order in time.
Orders are fulfilled via Drop shipping through Printful.com so there can be delays if a variant or color is not currently in stock.

Free shipping is available for orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, we will apply the standard fee.Local delivery
Deliveries are made based on the carrier in your area. We will contact you via e-mail/text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, Japan, Europe, Brazil, Canada. VAT taxes are added after the transaction please calculate the VAT tax appropriate to your country.
The timeline for international delivery are expected to be longer since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SHYFTN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@shyftn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@shyftn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
