Orders

All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days—please allow 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Your order confirmation email will include tracking details that will allow you to track your order via USPS tracking or SHOP app by Shopify.com.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at team@shyftn.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so we can take resolution steps. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@shyftn.com. Please include your order number along with a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All orders include a return slip for your convenience. After confirmation of the return shipment, we will process a full refund. If your order is damaged in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us, so we can work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@shyftn.com. Please provide your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

General

That smell is not unusual—it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Don't worry, the smell will disappear after the first wash, and even a little Febreze will help. See the agent helps the ink bond with the fabric, not adding it agent will cause the ink to flake.

We use direct-to-garment or DTG printing for most of our apparel products. We are committed to using 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. The materials are sourced locally and from the best suppliers.   

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. However, there are some exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. For now, Shyftn does not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. Please see our shipping policy for your country’s rates.
